Heal Loudly Therapy

Empowering therapy for couples, individuals, & teens seeking meaningful change & healing in Seattle, WA & virtually throughout Washington State

“You do not have to be good. You do not have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles in the desert, repenting. You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves,” - Mary Oliver

    Therapy for Infidelity & Affairs

When trust is broken, everything feels uncertain and unsettling. You might feel disconnected and alone, sitting in the pain of broken trust, disbelief, and disconnection. Recovering from infidelity and betrayals is possible. I offer a space to explore negative patterns, understand what happened, find and create stability, learn to communicate honestly and effectively, and begin the slow, gentle process of renewing trust.

Meet Kelsey Lucido

LMFTA (pending), MDiv // she/ her

My name is Kelsey and I believe in the power of connection to help us grow and heal. I offer therapy for couples, teens, and adult individuals in my Queen Anne office in Seattle, WA & virtually throughout Washington.

My approach to therapy is relational, embodied, and modern. I am not a blank slate, no facial expressions therapist; I bring my full, imperfect self into the room and I invite you to do the same. I blend evidenced-based practices with somatic and nervous system-based approaches to help you slow down, notice what’s happening, & start to reconnect with yourself and your partner. In my experience & through ongoing research, healing moments happen when we are connected, feel seen, and are supported.

“I'm not telling you to make the world better, because I don't think that progress is necessarily part of the package. I'm just telling you to live in it. Not just to endure it, not just to suffer it, not just to pass through it, but to live in it.”

- Joan Didion

Quick FAQs

Therapeutic Focuses

My therapeutic focuses are couples therapy, therapy for infidelity and affairs, therapy for teens, therapy for high achievers, and therapy for religious trauma and deconstruction.

I work from a relational and somatic framework - you are the expert of your story & the relationship between us is a conduit for healing.

I value collaboration, compassion, warmth, and humor.  I’m a relational therapist and I help people become more connected to themselves, which allows for deeper, more authentic, and vulnerable connections with others. When we can be our true, authentic selves we’re more able and willing to venture into the unknown, do the hard thing, explore our creativity and whimsy, and acknowledge our own growth and resilience.

How do I get started?

Reaching out is the first step!

Schedule a free 20-minute consult call here!

From there we will determine right fit and schedule your first session!

What should I expect in a consult call & first session?

Great question! During the consult call I’ll share about my process for therapy and you will tell me what you’re hoping to work on and process. We’ll see if we connect and schedule from there.

The first session is mainly me getting to know you - your family, your current context, relationships, if you’ve been in therapy before, medical history, and your spiritual context. I’ll also go over my therapy practice in greater detail and go through all the informed consent packet that you’ll receive prior to the first session.
